Pi-Yo fusses the core tightening and muscle sculpting of Pilates with the strengthening and lengthening of yoga.
This class does not require a partner. Students will warm up with a traditional sequence and then pair up to work deeper into poses. This is a great class to meet new friends, or strengthen a bond with a loved one!
