FAQ

What should I Wear?

What you wear depends on what class you are taking. For heated classes one may want to wear shorter sleeved tops. It is best to wear comfortable clothing, or active wear. For women, it is best to wear tight fitted clothing, so you are not exposed when in an inversion pose. We recommend wearing quick-dry capri, or full-length fitted pants, in order for the instructor to better adjust your alignment.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat, and an open mind to set a positive intention for class. However, mats are provided if you are in need!

How often should I take classes?

We recoommend taking 3 classes a week. We encourage making yoga a habit, enjoying your practice, and recognizing your growth.

What are first class expecations?

Give yourself time to find aplace to park. Feel free to enter through the front or back door and make your way to the front desk where someone will be waiting to meet you with a warm greeting. There is a changing room located in the back of the store for your convenience. Feel free to walk into the bright studio and lay your mat down. Props are available at the front of the studio! Please be respectful of your fellow yogi's by silencing cell phones. Please arrive prior to class, but not later then five minutes after class has begun. Teachers will come around to help you find your fullest expession of a pose. If you do not wish to be touched, please let the instructor know ahead of time. Finally, applaud because you deserve to be recognized for all the hard work you have put into your practice!

Can I come early or leave late ?

We ask that you come no later then five minutes after class begins. You may feel free to leave early; however, let the instructor know so she can create an opportunity for your exit that least disrupts class..
